Payment terms for our financial coaching services:

• Coaching fees of R2,500 are due prior to commencement of services
• All prices include applicable VAT and are quoted in South African Rand
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused coaching sessions only

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to coaching materials and ongoing support will cease.

Termination does not affect payment obligations for completed coaching sessions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
